We cater to your every need, offering solid, hinged lasts of all kinds, pressing lasts and automation lasts. We also design and develop our own collection of ready-to-use lasts in collaboration with leading sole and heel manufacturers. Sanghavi is equipped with the latest Italian Newlast SDFHS+ technology in Agra and Vellore

Sanghavi is also pleased to offer a curated range of pulp shoe trees supplied by leading third party manufacturers in India.

Since 2024, Sanghavi also has a Joint Venture with Yin Hwa, the world’s largest lastmaker. YHS offers brands a one stop global solution for their last requirements. It also offers high end automation lasts made in China for factories investing in the next generation of manufacturing.

Vellore

Situated in the heart of the footwear belt in South India, Sanghavi’s factory in Vellore is the first and largest of its kind in the region with a capacity of over 1200 pairs.
Equipped with Newlast SDF and SDFHS Technology for world class production.
Dedicated R&D team capable of making 250 samples daily.
Satellite operations in Ambur, Ranipet and Chennai with dedicated model makers and sales team at each location.

Agra

Established in 1996, rebuilt entirely in 2021, Sanghavi’s factory in Agra has been integral to the footwear industry in the region since its inception
Sanghavi Agra has been at the forefront of innovation, welcoming the first Newlast machines to India, and the tradition continues with the integration of the latest SDFHS+ technology.
Daily capacity of 1200 pairs, with sampling capacity of 250 pairs.
Satellite operations in Delhi (Mundka) and Kanpur (Dada Nagar and Banthar) to provide sampling at your doorstep.

Dhaka

Established in 2019, Sanghavi’s newest factory is situated in the heart of Bangladesh’s footwear hub of Dhaka.
First shoelast maker in Bangladesh to offer complete model making services.
Daily Capacity of 200 pairs.
